Q: What’s important for a new client to know?

We do our best to make sure that hiring EuroPro to clean your home or business is as intuitive as possible. For example, if you’ve ever purchased something on Amazon or eBay then you’ll be able to use our quotation request system. Once you’ve booked your visit we take over from there – your trained and experience cleaner will get straight to work once they arrive at your property. It’s only when you see a EuroPro cleaner in action that you’ll begin to understand just how much value for money we offer. Hiring EuroPro gives you a lot of extra time in your week to go do something you really enjoy, leaving the cleaning work to us. Simplifying your life just makes more sense, right?

 

Q: How much will it cost to clean my home?

Every house is different. All estimates are custom made to fit the needs of each client. Prices depend on the size of your house, a number of bathrooms, how often you need your home cleaned, your lifestyle and if you need additional extra services. The best way to obtain an accurate estimate is to fill out our online estimate form.
Special Cleaning Projects:
Clean oven, racks, and grill – $30 – $40 (depending on the size and condition)
Clean inside the refrigerator – $30 – $50 (depending on the size and condition)
Wash walls and ceilings – hourly
Wipe inside the cabinets, hutches & drawers – hourly
Minimum cost required per visit is $90

 

Q: How often should I have my home or office cleaned?

We offer regular cleaning on a daily, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly basis. In addition, we are available for special one-time cleanings. These include move-in/move outs, deep cleanings, and new post construction clean up. Our most popular visit is every two weeks, but we will schedule according to your needs.

 

Q: Do I need to prepare my home before the cleaning crew arrives?

In order for us to provide you with the best service in the most timely and cost-effective manner.

– It would help if you straighten up any papers, toys, dishes, or clothes before our cleaners arrive. This will also help to avoid any misplacement of your personal belonging.

– If you leave an empty dishwasher, we’ll know we can load and run it.

– Leave clean linens on the bed if you’d like us to change them.

 

 

Q: Do I have to be home during the cleaning service?

That is your choice.

Most of our clients are not home during the cleaning service, but we also have clients who feel more comfortable being present.

 

Q: How do the cleaners get access to my house if I am not home?

Some clients let our cleaner(s) in before they leave for work. Many of our customers prefer to give us a copy of their key. We keep all of our customers’ keys safely locked in our office. Alarm systems can either be left off or you can give us entry/exit codes.

 

Q: Do you provide your own cleaning supplies?

Yes. We are equipped with our own cleaning supplies and equipment. If requested and provided, we may clean with your preferred products depending on the chemicals.

 

Q: What should I do with my pets during the scheduled house cleaning?

Please advise us if you have any pets and provide any information regarding your pets that would be helpful for us to know. Though not a requirement, we prefer pets to be restricted from the areas we clean, so our cleaners can clean your home better and more efficiently.

 

Q: How do I pay for my cleaning service?

Q: Are you licensed, bonded and insured?

Yes. We are all of the above.

 

Q: Can I make a special request?

We love being able to cater to our customer’s special requests whenever possible. So, if you need some element of your house or apartment – even a specific piece of furniture – cleaned in a specific way just let us know. You can include your request as an additional instruction when booking your cleaning visit online. Please note that we request you book an additional hour’s worth of cleaning time for each special cleaning request, to ensure we can follow your instructions to the letter.

 

Q: How do I cancel or reschedule a cleaning service?

Please call us at least 24 hours in advance. If a proper notice is not given, we will have to charge a $25.00 cancellation fee. This fee goes to our cleaner, as we would have had a job to fill that slot otherwise.

 

Q: What are your holidays? and what if my schedule cleaning falls on holidays?

The company is closed on:

• Fourth of July
• Thanksgiving
• Christmas Day

If your cleaning falls on a holiday EuroPRO observes, we will contact you prior to your cleaning and reschedule your cleaning for a day that suits you.

 

Q: Am I required to sign a contract for the cleaning service?

No. We never require you to sign a contract. We are happy to earn your business each time we clean. All we ask is that you read our terms of service so you have a full understanding of our company’s policy. We just ask you as a common courtesy to let us know as soon as possible when your plans or needs change.

 

Q: Can you do my laundry?

If you have an in-unit washer and dryer, we can wash one load of towels and linens. Just be sure to note in the special instructions when you book. Unfortunately, we don’t wash clothes.
