Transparent billing: you know the price before we begin, and you pay once the work is done, by cash or check.
When payment is due
Payment is due on the day of service, when your cleaning is complete. There's no contract and nothing to sign up for.
Ways to pay
Check
Make it payable to EuroPRO Cleaning Service and leave it at home in the spot you've agreed with your team. This is how most of our clients pay, and it means the team can finish without interrupting your day.
Cash
Place it in a sealed envelope addressed to EuroPRO Cleaning Service and leave it in the agreed spot.
By mail
Send checks to EuroPRO Cleaning Service, PO Box 1243, Tustin, CA 92781.
What you'll pay
- The price in your quote, agreed before the first visit
- A minimum of $90 per visit
- Extras such as inside the oven or fridge are priced in advance; wall washing and inside cabinets are billed hourly
Fees we hope you never see
These only apply in specific situations, and are listed here so nothing is ever a surprise:
- $25 late cancellation fee for cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice. It goes to your cleaner, whose time was reserved for you.
- $49 lockout fee if the team can't get in, for example because a key or alarm code wasn't left for them.
- $25 returned check fee for a check returned unpaid by the bank.
