Our process, step by step
- We remove and mark every screen so each one goes back where it came from.
- Screens and frames are hand-washed on both sides with a strip washer and a 100% safe, biodegradable soap, then hand-dried with microfiber.
- Outside glass comes first, washed with a soft strip washer and a concentrated biodegradable solution that cleans and helps protect the glass from the elements.
- Paint overspray, insect marks, sap and other spots are carefully removed from the glass.
- Each window is wetted again, squeegeed dry, and towel-finished at the edges where water collects.
- We move inside and repeat the process.
- Tracks and sills are cleaned on the inside.
- Clean screens go back in place.
- We walk the property to check every window, and return any furniture we moved to its exact place.
