1. Who we are and what this policy covers

This policy applies to europrocleaningservice.com and to information you give EuroPRO Cleaning Service Inc. ("EuroPRO", "we", "us") by phone, email or in person. We are a house and commercial cleaning company based in Orange County, California. Contact details are in section 13.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request a quote, send a message, call or email us, you may provide:

• Contact details: name, email address, phone number, street address, city and ZIP code
• Details about the property and service: type and size of home, rooms, floors, number of adults, children and pets, preferred schedule, and any notes you add
• Your marketing preference and how you heard about us
• When you become a client: access instructions such as keys, gate or alarm codes, and payment records

Information collected automatically. Like every website, our web host automatically records basic technical data for each request: IP address, browser type, date and time, and the page requested. These server logs are used only for security and troubleshooting and are deleted on our host's normal schedule.

We do not collect sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, financial account details or precise geolocation through this website. We do not take card payments.

3. How we use it

• To respond to your questions and prepare your quote
• To schedule, provide, and follow up on our services, and to take payment
• To send occasional offers, only if you said yes on the quote form (you can opt out at any time)
• To protect our website, clients and staff, prevent spam and fraud, and comply with the law

4. How we share it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose it only to:

• Service providers who help us run the business: our web host; Google (Gmail), which receives form submissions as email. They may use it only to provide their services to us.
• Address suggestions: when you type a street address on our quote form, the text you type is sent to Photon (photon.komoot.io), an address search service operated by komoot GmbH using OpenStreetMap data, to suggest matching addresses. No other information about you is sent, and you can skip the suggestions and type your address yourself.
• Legal reasons: if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety or property of our clients, staff or others.
• Business transfer: if the business is sold or reorganized, client records may transfer to the new owner under this policy.

5. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, analytics tools, or social media trackers, and no third party collects information about your browsing on our site.

We store two small items in your browser, both strictly necessary and neither a tracking cookie:

• A note that you've closed our cookie notice, so it isn't shown again (kept in your browser's local storage until you clear it)
• A short-lived security code on the forms that blocks spam robots (it expires after two hours and contains no personal information)

Pages we link to, such as Yelp, Facebook and Nextdoor, have their own cookies and policies.

6. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

California law asks us to explain how we respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals. Because this website does not track visitors over time or across other websites, and does not allow third parties to do so, it treats every visitor the same whether or not a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal is sent. If we ever add tracking technology, we will honor GPC signals as a request to opt out of sale and sharing.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you and how we use it
• Correct information that is inaccurate
• Delete your information, subject to records we must keep by law or to complete a service
• Stop sending you marketing messages

Email europrocleaningservice@gmail.com or call (949) 612-1529. We'll confirm your request and respond within 45 days. We will never charge you or treat you differently for making a request. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask them for proof that you authorized them.

8. California residents

This policy is designed to meet the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA). The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) applies only to businesses above certain size thresholds. EuroPRO is a small business, but we voluntarily offer California residents the rights described in section 7 and follow its core principles: we collect only what we need, we don't sell or share personal information, and we don't use sensitive personal information.

Under California Civil Code §1798.83 ("Shine the Light"), you may ask whether we disclosed personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not.

9. How long we keep it

The website does not store quote requests or messages. When you submit a form, it is sent straight to our business email inbox and nothing is kept on the website or its server. We keep emails in our inbox only as long as we need them to respond, provide our services and keep normal business records, and client records as long as tax and business record laws require. You can ask us to delete your messages and information at any time (see section 7).

10. Security

The website uses encrypted HTTPS connections, strict security settings, and spam protection on all forms. Client keys are kept locked in our office, and alarm and gate codes are shared only with the staff who need them. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and will notify you if a breach affecting your information occurs, as California law requires.

11. Children

Our website and services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

If we make changes, we'll post the updated policy here with a new effective date. If a change materially affects how we use information we already hold, we'll notify clients by email before it takes effect.
